PLAYER PROFILE: Adams helped Minnehaha win the class 2A State Championship last season (2010). Adams earned a spot on the All-Tournament team with a dominant post season performance throughout the entire state tournament. In fact, Adams played her best ball during March Madness, when it mattered most. The 6'4" post really has the potential to be mentioned with the elite players in Minnesota. But, it will take work, which she is willing to do. From the look of things, Adams is very coachable and is a hard worker at practice and in the games. She has added some shot-blocking skills and is a catalyst for the Minnehaha Academy defense. With her size and length, Adams is definitely a presence and an intimidator on the court. She has developed a nice low post game and is starting to open eyes as a big-time college prospect.
TO WORK ON : Quickness and conditioning, offensive post moves on the blocks, finishing while fatigued and passing out of the post.
